All memberships act like a gym membership. You have access for as long as you remain a paying member. When you stop paying for your membership, your access to the program, content and events is revoked. You cannot pause your account. Starting February 1st, 2024 there will be a one-time startup fee of $111 in addition to the membership fee. This one-time setup fee helps us with getting your account set up and running properly. Every time you cancel your account and restart, you will incur this start-up fee. You cannot pause your membership.

Spiritually Healing Through Loss is a free monthly bonus meeting led by an End-Of-Life Doula, Cheryl Harris, for spiritual healing and will be offered for as long as she is a part of our team.
Any use of the words heal, healing, healer, etc are referencing Spiritual Healing and/or Spiritual Healer.
Intuitive messages are given in the membership events; however, being an angel member does not guarantee that you will receive a reading, nor does showing up for events. We allow Spirit to guide who gets a reading at all times.
The Other Side will only bring through positive, loving messages. The Other Side will never tell you to hurt yourself or anyone else. Any negative messages you get are strictly from your own egoic mind and you must seek help from a mental health professional to work through them. If at any time, the Angel Membership is too much for you or your kids, please stop immediately and cancel your account. We highly recommend having an ongoing appointment with your mental health professional as you work through spiritual Angel Membership content.
You have access to Julie through any/all live, membership events with Julie. If you require additional assistance, please book an individual session with Julie or a healer on her team at theangelmedium.com.
Please note that your membership is hosted through “Kajabi.com”. The charge on your credit card may show “Kajabi,” “Grow NPO LLC,” or “Chicago Energy Healing, LLC.” The Angel Membership is run by Chicago Energy Healing, LLC. All membership fees are charged on the 1st day of the month regardless of sign up date.
Cancellation Policy: You Are Responsible for Canceling Your Membership And Ensuring Your Credit Card is No Longer Charged. Your membership, annual or monthly, will continue year-after-year, until you cancel. Because this membership is run through a third party (Kajabi) you must cancel your own account. If you email us at juliejancius@gmail.com, we can help you cancel your account; however, it is still your responsibility to make sure you are no longer charged by checking your credit card statement. If ongoing charges continue after you've cancelled, you have 15 days to email us to request a refund (refunds do not apply to first time charges). Again, to cancel your account you can either 1.) Go into your account and cancel yourself. 2.) Email us at juliejancius@gmail.com and ask to get assistance on canceling your account. And if you forget to cancel your membership and it goes on for weeks, months, or years without you canceling, that is on you and it will not be refunded. The payment for your membership will show up on your card as either Grow NPO LLC or Chicago Energy Healing LLC.
What’s Not Included: The Angel Reiki School, private mentorship, 1:1 sessions, some past courses are separate and more are not included in the membership program. Again, you have access to your angel membership and the content within it for as long as you remain a member. If you leave and come back, the past material you worked on will be gone and you’ll have to start again from the beginning.
Always consult your physician or therapist when considering using spiritual, meditation or energy healing techniques (like the ones in the Angel Membership). Always make sure to practice meditation in an environment that is safe. Do not engage in meditation activities while driving a car or operating any kind of machinery.
At times, the angel membership may discuss suicidal ideation. While Julie Jancius has taken great lengths to ensure the subject matter is dealt with in a compassionate and respectful manner, it may be troubling for some readers and discretion is advised. If you are considering suicide or have a plan to take your life, please call the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255, or 911.
Scholarships applications are accepted January 15-February 28th annually and recipients are notified March 1st of each year. If you receive a scholarship it will run March 15-March 14 of the year (beginning 2024).
